Morning Journal 3/29/22
Tuesday, and it feels like it’s about to get really crazy.
Legs sore. Back sore. And my eyes are sore lol.
What’s on my mind today is just to make sure that I am well rested and ready to go.
A lot of the emotions gets trapped in the body. Muscles especially. For people who are got tense and stressed, their muscles are usually like that too.
Yes I’m learning about myself on this journey because there’s always something tight on my traps, neck, or upper back.
Sometimes lower back gets pretty bad for me too. And I know that it’s not because of sitting, but the fact that my lifestyle is not allowing me to get rid of a lot of the toxins right now.
What’s more important, I think, for everyone out there who have tension on their muscles, are keep the massages going, heat treatments (IR sauna especially), massage guns and other vibrational treatments for the muscles. And at the same time, dive into meditation and feel all of your body doing what it’s doing, feel all of the sensations, and letting it go.
I sound so woo woo. But it’s studied, and it’s got the prove in Dr. Joe.
It’s going to be so good, and the way that people are going to heal in this world is going to change so much so quick. Soon.
