Journal 5/20/22 — Have A Little Plan In Place

I don’t know if you know how important a plan is to your success in anything.
When I was working out for my fitness competition, it was less about what I was eating, how I was working out, or who I was working out with. The planning part of everything is definitely what got me through. Planning what I was eating, planning how I was going to work out, and planning who I am working out with is what got me to my goals.
With business, I see how I am moving forward in my head, then I move forward without any hesitation. When I have a plan of how to move forward, I tend to move quicker than when I am doing whatever I want.
Just by creating a little plan, having something in my mind that help me go through the steps before acting on it, it helps me to act quicker and have a clearer vision of what I am doing.
